The Zealots formed the core of the Jewish armies during the First Jewish Revolt. Filled with apocalyptic fury and fervour they will stand against the best the Romans have to throw at them in defence of their religion and their way of life. These heavily armed and armoured models are the elite of the rebel cause. 
 
These models can be used as Jewish Zealots or Jewish rebels in any of the revolts from the 1st Century BC to the 2nd Century AD, as well as soldiers in the army of Herod, making them very versatile.  
 
Three individual high quality metal miniatures. The figures are one piece apart from the shield which attaches to the hand, and the figure holding the spear/ pila which must be glued seperately. Supplied without bases and unpainted. Four shield options provided, as well as a pila and spear option.
