SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
COST: The shop calculates all postage via weight. I have kept it as low as possible to work out the best for both of us. Shipping is calculated from the UK.
Due to the regulatory requirements around shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland in order to remain compliant with General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) I am afraid that I currently only ship within mainland UK (i.e., excluding Northern Ireland) and to non-EU countries.
For international orders, please note that Northwing Miniatures cannot be held responsible for any local taxes, import duties, VAT, customs or handling charges that may be imposed in destination countries.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return most new, unopened items purchased from the shop within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
You are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or broken, in which case your postage costs will be refunded too.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes for the package to reach us, the time it takes Northwing Miniatures to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
